In 2019 has raised the desire of Australians to buy Australian made products;
indeed, the government is encouraging us to do so.

Anecdotal evidence suggests that consumers struggle to identify what products are 100%
Australian made, imported or somewhere in between, such as ‘made in Australia from
imported ingredients.’

Currently, the only way to get this information is to read and decipher labels; too often these
don’t contain the precise information people are looking for, or it’s too hard to find, especially if
the person is in a hurry.

Aussie Product Pal allows the consumer to quickly scan a product barcode to find out exactly what category it fits into.
